1. Placing an Order

  • All orders must be made via www.indianmangoes.com.au.
  • Customers must choose one or more lots to place an order. Each selected lot is treated as a separate order with its own unique number.
  • Orders are only accepted within the availability window mentioned for each lot.
  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • A confirmation email will be sent from orders@indianmangoes.com.au. Please mark this address as safe in your email client.
  • Keep this confirmation email as proof—especially if choosing store pickup.
  • A confirmation SMS will also be sent to the phone number entered during checkout.
  • If you don’t receive an email within 10 minutes of ordering, contact us at info@indianmangoes.com.au with your name, lot number, order date, mango variety, and pickup location so we can assist.

2. Product Availability

  • Mango season generally starts in early April and runs through mid-June, depending on export readiness and customs.
  • Each lot listing will include an estimated delivery window.
  • Please understand that delivery timelines may shift by a week or so. If delays are longer, we’ll notify you by email from info@indianmangoes.com.au.

3. Pickup Process

  • An order is marked as fulfilled once the mangoes are ready for pickup at your selected location and a notification is sent to your contact details.
  • Notification will be sent via email and/or SMS to the contact information provided at checkout.
  • Orders must be picked up within 2 days of receiving the “Ready for Pickup” message. Pickups must happen during the store’s business hours.
  • If mangoes are not picked up within 2 days, we are not liable for product quality, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.
  • After 2 days, your mangoes may be removed from the store. The order is still considered fulfilled.
  • Mangoes are perishable, and minor damages during transit (up to 10–15%) are expected. These are not covered under refund or exchange.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Once your mangoes are dispatched, we’ll notify you via email and/or SMS.
  • If no one is available to receive the order, it may be left at the delivery address. If unsafe, the courier may return the box(es).
  • You must arrange redelivery within 1 day. Additional charges may apply.
  • After the 2nd day, the order will be canceled with no refund or replacement.
  • Third-party couriers handle delivery; we cannot guarantee changes to the schedule once the order is dispatched.
  • If the delivery address is entered incorrectly during checkout, we cannot issue refunds for misdelivered orders.

5. Unfulfilled Orders

  • If we’re unable to deliver your mangoes for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Incorrect Info or Missed Pickup

  • Orders not collected within 2 days of the pickup notice are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
  • We are not responsible if communication fails due to incorrect email or phone numbers being provided.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel your order, send a request to orders@indianmangoes.com.au from the same email used during checkout. Include your order number and contact number.
  • If canceled within 48 hours of ordering, you’ll receive a 100% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after 48 hours.

8. About Spongy Tissue in Alphonso Mangoes

  • Alphonso mangoes can develop a condition called spongy tissue, where some of the inner fruit remains hard despite external ripeness.
  • This is a natural, genetic issue and cannot be identified before ripening.
  • While we take great care in sourcing, this cannot always be avoided. Alphonso mangoes are sold “as is”, and no refunds will be given for spongy tissue issues.
